In today’s technology infused world, it can be tempting for kids to want to hang out inside and play video games, roam the internet, and text their friends. Keeping the kids active provides them with better sleeps at night and more energy in the days. Be sure to wear and reapply sunscreen that has an SPF 30 or higher while participating in outdoor activities.
