She is the best and most caring doctor that I've ever had. She even called me after being in out-patients to check up on me. She is the best.

My son has been having some health problems over the last month, including a stay at the IWK for close to a week. During this time, we saw many great doctors (I feel so fortunate that we have the IWK). The doctor that saw my son in the ER went a step above. Dr. Heinzlmeir was so thorough and went above and beyond. My son is only three, but he took the time to connect with my son and made him feel like he was part of the conversation, this meant so much to us, as it is his body after all.
